Tradeshow Only Floor Pass Bundles

Did you know that planners and other association executives can purchase a “trade show only” floor pass? This ticket also includes the Opening and Closing Receptions (it does not include brunch) . To help spread the word (and to ensure your best customers are there too) we are offering the following special to DMOs.

 

Here’s how it works:

 

Pre-purchase of Trade Show Only tickets (to include Opening and Closing Receptions) for you to give to your customers

  • (5) tickets for $125
  • (10) tickets for $250
  • DMO purchases these “bulk” tickets through a credit card transaction. If you’re interested, email Phyllis Scott (scott@associationforum.org) and we will take your credit card information then send you a COMP CODE which you will then give your customers.
  • Each customer will need to go to the Holiday Showcase website and register with your unique COMP CODE. http://s6.goeshow.com/af/holidayshowcase/2018/index.cfm
  • These tickets are non-refundable.
  • You can hand these out to any association executive or independent meeting planner who spends more than 50% of their time planning meetings (there are qualifications in the registration process to ensure we have only qualified buyers on the show floor…which is why everyone needs to go through the on-line registration process).
  • Remember that beyond meeting planners, there are other association execs who plan or influence where their meetings go so please include all potential qualified attendees in your outreach.
  • Trade show hours: Thursday 12/13/18 from 12 Noon – 4 PM.

 

Help those customers who are not reimbursed by their organization; they want to attend Holiday Showcase too! Help ensure we have even more qualified buyers on the show floor and enjoy the appreciation they will give you for inviting them to Chicago’s most important gathering of our community.
